The hotel shuttle to the airport was on time and as expected.

The room reeked of air freshener. I assume it was an attempt to cover up a previous guest's cigarette use and it did not really work.

I appreciated the punctual airport shuttle service. It ran exactly on schedule for both airport pickup and hotel drop-off. Check-in was very smooth and the staff were kind. The breakfast included a paper bag with a banana, a hard-boiled egg, a sweet treat, milk, and bread. This was useful since I needed to take the bus to the airport early.

While ear plugs were provided, it was a bit noisy.

The location was perfect as I needed to be near the airport. The shuttle service provided transportation to the Maglev train the next day. Ashley at reception was very helpful. I thank her very much.

The room had a slight smell, but it disappeared after opening the window for a few minutes.

The breakfast offered good variety, and the airport shuttle was prompt. It ran on time. the room was clean with a well thought out layout that served my needs. i found it a good value. I will highly recommend it.
